Lockdown Schedule
During the lockdown, all our members are training indoors over Live Zoom sessions. Our week is planned out as follows:

Monday - Upper Body Strengthening
Tuesday - High Intensity Interval Training
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Core Training
Friday - Resistance Band Work
Saturday - Lower Body Strengthening
​
A few of our advanced athletes are doing staircase drills and skips 3 days/week.
